StallTap Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EZ Live Productions LLC ("StallTap," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the StallTap website, order a StallTap product, or visit a StallTap horse page.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: email address and PIN (stored in hashed/encrypted form, never in plain text).
Order and shipping information: name, shipping address, and order/product details when you purchase a StallTap product.
Contact information: email address and, if provided, phone number.
Listing content: photos, videos, descriptions, pedigree data, hip numbers, and any other content you upload to a horse's page.
Usage information: basic analytics such as page views and share counts for horse pages, and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type) collected automatically when you use the Service.
What we do not collect: StallTap does not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment is handled directly by Stripe, Inc., which collects that information on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices (see Section 5 below).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Process orders, payments, and shipping for StallTap products;
- Operate, host, and display horse pages;
- Provide customer support;
- Send you service-related communications (e.g., order confirmations, tag-linking instructions);
- Send you marketing communications about StallTap products and updates. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message, or by contacting us directly.
- Improve and maintain the Service, including basic analytics and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Payment processing: order and payment details are shared with Stripe to process your transaction. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Fulfillment: shipping name and address are shared with our fulfillment partner(s) solely to produce and ship your physical StallTap product.
- Service providers: we use third-party providers for hosting, file/media storage, database, and email delivery, who process information on our behalf and only as necessary to provide the Service.
- Legal reasons: if required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StallTap, our users, or others.
Mailing addresses and phone numbers are never sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.
4. Marketing
By providing your contact information, you agree that StallTap may use it to send you marketing communications about our products and services. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at info@stalltap.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related communications (such as order or account notices), which we may still send you.
5. Payments via Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, information you provide to complete payment is sent directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy (available at stripe.com/privacy). StallTap does not have access to, and does not store, your full card number.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use basic cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate the Service (e.g., keeping you logged in) and to measure basic usage such as page views.
7. Data Retention
We retain account, order, and listing information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us at info@stalltap.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above.
