StallTap Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through StallTap, a product of EZ Live Productions LLC. It is incorporated into and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final
All StallTap purchases — including NFC tags, cards, and any related products or services — are final sale. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for orders once payment has been completed, except as described below.
2. Exchanges for Inoperative Hardware
If a StallTap NFC tag or card arrives inoperative, defective, or otherwise fails to work as intended, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, subject to the following:
- You must contact us at info@stalltap.com within 30 days of delivery, or before the date of the sale you purchased the tag for, whichever comes first;
- Please include your order number and a brief description (and photo/video, if possible) of the issue;
- We may ask you to return the defective item before shipping a replacement;
- Replacements are limited to the same product type originally ordered.
This exchange remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy for a defective or inoperative product.
3. What Is Not Covered
This policy does not cover:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase;
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or after the tag has been affixed to a surface not recommended for the product;
- Delays in shipping or delivery caused by the carrier or fulfillment partner;
- Any digital service, subscription, or account-related purchase, which is likewise non-refundable once processed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
5. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at info@stalltap.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through next steps.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above.
